Advanced safety operation design

Three-layer safeguard, encircle one by one, protection of layer by layer. Each layer is the supplement and enhancement of the safeguard of last layer, which makes operation become more confident.1. Collision-proof prediction system. Three-dimensional model is established in computer so as to simulate the status of equipments and predict if the components are in contact as well as decelerate timely to avoid hazard.2. Collision brake. It is installed at parts which are easy to cause collision, once being touched, the equipment will stop immediately to avoid damage to components.3. Movement limitation protection. Each movement is equipped with a primary and secondary movement protection device to prevent movement from exceeding distance.
